Taco Ring

Several years ago, when I first got married, I was a Pampered Chef Consultant.  It was a fun job, but the best part was getting to make this awesome recipe at parties.

The Taco Ring.

 

When I made homemade crescent rolls, I decided to dust off the ol’ recipe and make it.  It was fantastic!

Here is what you will need:

1 batch of crescent roll dough (or 2 cans)

1 pound shredded chicken cooked and seasoned with taco seasoning (or beef)

6 ounces cheddar cheese

20130702-201444.jpgRoll your crescent dough into a large circle and use a pizza cutter to make triangles.

20130702-201455.jpgLay the corners of each triangle on top of each other.  Go all the way around the pan.

20130702-201508.jpgScoop your meat evenly around on top of the crescent rolls.

20130702-201523.jpgSprinkle your cheese on top of your meat.

20130702-201533.jpgPull the corners of your crescent rolls over the top of your meat and tuck them under.

20130702-201549.jpgBake on 350 for 15-18 minutes.  Until the crescent rolls are lightly browned.
