Several years ago, when I first got married, I was a Pampered Chef Consultant. It was a fun job, but the best part was getting to make this awesome recipe at parties.
The Taco Ring.
When I made homemade crescent rolls, I decided to dust off the ol’ recipe and make it. It was fantastic!
Here is what you will need:
1 batch of crescent roll dough (or 2 cans)
1 pound shredded chicken cooked and seasoned with taco seasoning (or beef)
6 ounces cheddar cheese
Roll your crescent dough into a large circle and use a pizza cutter to make triangles.
Lay the corners of each triangle on top of each other. Go all the way around the pan.
Scoop your meat evenly around on top of the crescent rolls.
Sprinkle your cheese on top of your meat.
Pull the corners of your crescent rolls over the top of your meat and tuck them under.
Bake on 350 for 15-18 minutes. Until the crescent rolls are lightly browned.
ENJOY!!!
